Who processes your data

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website www.akuleo.com and its forms. Data processing during charging and payment at AKULEO stations is described in separate information available via the QR code on each station.

What data we process

Form data: first and last name, e-mail, phone, company name, site information (type, city, address, country) and the content of your message.

Website usage data: only with your consent, visit data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and cookie identifiers.

Technical data: IP address and server logs needed to run the website securely.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a cooperation – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recording enquiries and business communication in our CRM – our legitimate interest in developing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website security and operation – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics (Google Analytics) – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

How long we keep data

We keep form enquiries for 24 months if no cooperation follows. If it does, we keep them for the duration of the cooperation and applicable statutory periods.

Analytics data are kept according to the cookie lifetimes listed in our cookie policy and the settings of each tool. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary.

Who receives the data

We do not sell your data. The following providers (processors) process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Microsoft (e-mail and office services), Google (e-mail and cloud services, Google Analytics), HubSpot (CRM and enquiry management) and our website hosting provider. Messages from the website forms are delivered to our e-mail by the Web3Forms service.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Microsoft, Google, HubSpot, Web3Forms) may also process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Just write to info@akuleo.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian supervisory authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Further information

Providing data in our forms is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on you.
